We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. He turned up within about 30 minutes and was really friendly, which immediately helped when we were quite stressed about the situation. The service is always great, Lance and team are always happy to fit us in at short notice. We have a large school site in Canterbury and this sometimes means quite a few late night call outs, but Lance and the team take it in their stride and come out within minutes. They stay and fault find and fix the problem, and if they can't fix it without the parts they make sure we are left with a fix to see us through until the parts come in (normally the next day), meaning our boarding students are kept happy either with hot water, cold water or heating. These guys are amazing at what they do, a truly great company, very professional,polite and no issues are too big or small for them, if you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable company I would highly recommend K.C.S.
